Designing and delivering training programs on financial data analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy, developing training materials based on company needs, assessing employee proficiency with financial data tools, and collaborating with finance teams to identify training gaps and prioritize learning objectives, all while possessing strong financial acumen and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Overall 10+ years of experience is required with Minimum 3 years in Training Manager Role

1) Identify training needs within the finance department by collaborating with stakeholders to understand data usage and reporting requirements.
2) Create engaging training materials including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises utilizing relevant financial data tools.
3) Deliver training sessions to employees at various levels of financial expertise, tailoring content to different roles and skill levels.
4) Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce key concepts and address any emerging data challenges.
5) Assess employee proficiency in data analysis skills through regular assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
6) Monitor data quality and accuracy to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
7) Track training completion rates and provide feedback to individuals and teams on performance.
8) Stay updated on the latest advancements in financial data analysis tools and software.
