Job Description-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling within linear TV/radio or broadcast media.
1. Asset Management:
• Oversee the trafficking and delivery of creative assets, ensuring they meet technical specifications and deadlines.
• Verify that all materials are compliant with broadcast standards and client guidelines, addressing discrepancies promptly.
2. Workflow Optimization:
• Troubleshoot any traffic-related issues in collaboration with the broadcast operations team, ensuring rapid resolution.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all ads are accurately placed within the schedule and aired in accordance with agreed-upon parameters.
• Perform detailed checks to prevent overbooking, duplication, or misplacement of advertisements.
4. Ad Scheduling and Optimization:
a) Schedule Development: Build detailed ad schedules, balancing client requirements with available inventory and regulatory guidelines. Optimize schedules to maximize reach, minimize waste, and meet campaign goals efficiently.
b) Conflict Resolution:
• Manage last-minute schedule changes, resolving conflicts while maintaining campaign integrity.
• Adjust placements as needed to accommodate breaking news, special programming, or other disruptions.
c) Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ad schedules comply with all applicable legal and regulatory standards, including competitive separation and content restrictions.
5) Reporting and Insights:
• Generate post-campaign reports, providing detailed insights into performance metrics such as audience delivery, compliance rates, and campaign reach.
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements for future campaigns to maximize client ROI.
• Provide feedback to sales and creative teams on opportunities for innovation or process improvements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media (TV / Radio), Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with traffic management systems (e.g., Wide Orbit, IBMS, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to work with data to derive insights.
• Familiarity with media measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, OzTAM) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
