Key skills-
a) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Shared Services, Audit & compliance activity
b) CA Inter, B. Com, M. Com or similar.
C) JDE / ERP or Hyperion experience
d) Prior experience with an energy service company would be an advantage
e) Any Graduate

Job Description-
1) Experience working in Statutory Audit, Statutory Accounting & Reporting Tax or TP Accounting with the ability to clearly communicate information in an easy- to- understand manner.
2) Experience working in a matric environment.
3) Clear thinking / problem solving.
4) Experience with financial systems / applications and strong with MS office applications.
5) Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others.
6) Support preparation and reconcile USGAAP to statutory financials
7) Support preparation and reconcile statutory financials to filed tax return
8) Support preparation of data packs & reconciliation for local tax compliance
9) Support of TP / tax accounting/ tax compliance audits for tax and financial audits
10) Support collection, consolidation of documents & tracking of audit queries and driving to closer with external auditors.
11) Contribute to the development of SOPs/desktop procedures & keep them up to date
12) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Shared Services, Audit & compliance activity
