Job Description-
• Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in review journals and Balance Sheet reconciliation process
• Good understanding of OTC (Billing & Reconciliation, Accrual JEs) end-to-end function
• Analytical thinking and result-oriented approach with Client/stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills Verbal and written
• Strong MS Office Excel function knowledge
• Good interpersonal and Team handling skills
• Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to articulate Monthly / Quarterly MIS reporting
• Prepare analysis and reporting around monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
• Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting analyses
• Prepare, review, and submit Hyperion financial information to Consolidation & Reporting i.e., coordinating and reviewing monthly, mid-year, and year-end supplemental schedules required by Management
• Conduct and prepare presentations for balance sheet reviews on an annual basis
• Reconciling bank accounts (payment /receipts/ Trustee), control accounts, and sundry accounts.
• General Ledger and Intercompany Reconciliations
• Sending Balance confirmation (AR & AP Transaction Statement) to the international office.
• Coordinate with the banking team or settlements of Intercompany transactions.
• Coordination with International offices and resolving the queries regarding the Interoffice Charges and Settlement.
