Job Description-
• Identifying potential accounts: Researching and identifying potential accounts to develop sales opportunities
• Soliciting new accounts: Building rapport and soliciting new accounts
• Providing technical information: Providing technical information and explanations to customers
• Preparing quotations: Preparing quotations for customers
• Closing new accounts: Answering inquiries by phone, fax, and email, and verifying and entering information
• Advising customers: Advising customers on technical matters and recommending appropriate computer configurations
• Providing technical support: Providing technical support after merchandise is purchased
• Constructing sales pitches: Constructing sales pitches and presentations
• Traveling: Traveling to areas where needs are projected
• Serving as a customer service rep: Serving as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties
• Keeping up with sales reports: Keeping up with sales reports and marketing data
