Job Description-
• Candidate should have a minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in the Telecom/ ISP Industry in a Service Operation Centre or NOC activity
• Communication must be good to communicate with end customers & internal stakeholders
• Candidate should have basic knowledge of Telecom, network, and Transmission products
• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coordination skills are mandatory to complete the migration within the SLA
• Planning and coordination to production on a daily basis to produce quality products.
Desired Competencies:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree/ preferred other supporting certificates CCNA
• Experience in the Telecom domain
• Basic Telecom Networking Knowledge
• Understanding of Networking
• Good communication
• Customer Coordination
• Good knowledge of MS Office
