Job Description-
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, ad operations, or a related field is mandatory.
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales records.
• Ad Operations: Coordinate the delivery of broadcast ads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, ad delivery, and client interactions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, ad delivery, and client trends.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and ad operations teams.

Required Experience:
• Experience in broadcast ad operations: Familiarity with broadcast ad operations, including ad delivery and trafficking.
• Knowledge of advertising technology: Understanding of advertising technology, including ad servers and demand-side platforms.
• Certifications or training: Completion of relevant certifications or training programs, such as Google Analytics or AdWords.
