Job Description-
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management is a mandate.
• Highly skilled in project management activities –
• Creating and maintaining project records like production tracker, quality tracker, risks and issues log etc.
• Ability to manage project financials, billing, P&L management
• Ensuring appropriate use of methods, tools, and techniques in project
• Ensuring rigor in project management practices
• Being aware of the organizations compliance, security and privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance from the project management perspective
• Analyzing information security and privacy impact before implementing any change to the customer deliverables or the delivery process.
• Act as a bridge between the client and the delivery team.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations.
• Leadership and Management Skills –
• Guide, instruct and influence the performance of the team.
• Consistently coach, encourage, and empower the team teams to build trust and drive the targets and expected outcomes.
• Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Take accountability for identification, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
• Process Improvement: Bring improvements in the existing conveyancing processes through process transformation and optimization.
Person Specification:
a) Essential Qualifications:
• Proven history of project management with previous organizations
• Graduate (Bachelor of Law /Master of Law Preferrable)
• Preferrable to have PMP or similar project management certification
b) Requisite Skills:
1. Technical:
• Expertise in MS Office- Excel, Power point and other project management tools.
• Should have led Transformation/Gen AI/Automation initiatives for the projects
2. Behavioral:
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, set clear goals, and provide guidance and direction to achieve them.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of their work.
• Possess listening actively, provide feedback, and resolving conflicts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be willing to accept challenges and highly dynamic in nature.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
