Job Description-
• Minimum 10 years of experience is required
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Identify opportunities and take action to improve overall productivity across all channels
• Identify opportunities and take action to improve the quality of conversations
• Handle escalations, need-based
• Previous experience working in fuel logistics
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations movement of fuel
• Experience in working in a matrix organization
• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
