Job Description-
Job Responsibilities

Logistics and Dispatch Planning:

• Schedule and monitor daily dispatches for road and rail transportation.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for load optimization and dispatch readiness.

Delivery and Invoice Processing:

• Track deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Verify and process invoices in line with agreed terms.

Documentation Management:

• Prepare and handle lorry receipts (LRs) and waybills, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist with waybill extensions when required.

Reporting and Reconciliation:

• Monitor and report idle time, delays, and transit deviations.
• Reconcile shipments, invoices, and documentation for accuracy.

Query Resolution:

• Address and resolve customer, vendor, and internal team queries related to logistics operations. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist in their implementation.

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inland logistics or similar roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
