Job Description-
Formal Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach

Knowledge & Experience:

• Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof
• Good knowledge of leading recruitment Tools like Taleo, Brass rings.
• Job posting experience in Monster, Jobs ahead, Indeed.
• Ability to refine processing procedures based on “big picture” understanding
• Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used for Recruitment.
• Basic understanding of MIS
• Good understanding of Service level agreements.

Core Role Responsibilities:

• Working Experience in the area of Recruitment – job posting, candidate screening, resume sifting of 3 – 5 years for large corporations.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and
job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying
references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as
needed.
