Job Description-
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Benefits Administration:
• Oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to administer various benefits
• Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP
• Experience in Pension enrollments and updates
• Experience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits
• Experience in pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks
• Experience in supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams
2. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, finance teams, and leadership.
3. Employee Engagement and Communication:
• Lead onboarding sessions to educate employees about benefits programs.
• Conduct monthly meetings with employees, vendors, and clients to address issues, share updates, and drive alignment.
4. Tool and Technology Expertise:
• Manage and utilize tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all platforms.
5. Operational Excellence:
• Flexible to work with global teams, ensuring availability for urgent matters across time zones.
• Proactively resolve issues related to benefits administration with a focus on employee satisfaction.
Experience:
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in global benefits administration, managing diverse geographies.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage.
