Job Description-
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple) :

• Experience in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Instructional Design certification or equivalent
• eLearning development training and/or certification
Knowledge & Experience
• Working knowledge of relevant course delivery platforms, adult learning, learning methodologies,
and Learning Management Systems required.
• Expertise in delivering effective and successful learning experiences to various audiences using
the most effective delivery method and with knowledge checks where appropriate.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret storyboards and come up with visually appealing format.
• Expertise in use of various eLearning and digital learning content authoring tools e.g., Articulate
360 (Storyline), Xyleme.
• Has the experience and understanding to interpret various inputs data e.g. technical manuals,
Functional specs, BRD etc. and leverage relevant data for learning content development.
• Expertise in creating videos using MS PowerPoint will be considered as an add-on.
• Ability to understand :-
o the client learning audience’s and other stakeholder needs
o the learning ecosystem available for client end users
o the organizational/departmental nuances w.r.t learning and talent enablement

Language specialization – French (L2 level)

■ B Com/BAF/BMS/MBA in finance will be added advantages. If specific language & English communication skills are strong then any other stream will also work.
■ Experience working with Financial Research Documents preferred.
■ Effective research and analysis skills
■ Good interpretation skills are pre-requisite and added advantage.
■ Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
■ Brief undertanding of supply chain context will be an added advantage.
■ Excellent communication skills.
■ Good knowledge of MS office
(Excel particularly)

■ Good Web Research skill is the key area for Finance process. (Client provide Financial & Research Analytics Data/ Information relating to companies globally.)
■ The analyst has to understand and research and financial information.
■ Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices.
■ Tagging of the researched data into the client systems thus building and maintaining of the database.
■ Web Research skills will be the key element involved into the research context apart from document research.
■ Involves client interaction regularly.
■ Rotational shifts.
