Job Description-
• Minimum 8 years of experience is mandatory in SCM Operation is mandatory
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Customer Support and Order Management
• Should have worked in B2B sales for a minimum of 4 years, supporting sales operations
• Should understand transactional activities around customer order processing including coordinating with production planning.
• Experience in Contracts orders, Rebates and Credit Management
• Coach the team to execute Sales operations into various systems including AX 400
• Also, should have knowledge of Factory Works and Print industry knowledge is preferable.
• Experience in Spend Analysis and Reporting
• Drive Process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with BRM in mining new opportunities/building business case
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in Monitoring work process compliance
• Problem-solving, Client engagement, and SLA Management
• Team handling experience
• Exposure to ERP tools like SAP and other tools like Sales Force
