a) Minimum 1 Year of working experience in Airline cargo revenue accounting is mandatory.
b) IATA FIATA certification in airline cargo domain an added advantage

Job Description-
Job Overview:

a) Sales Accounting

• Export Billing (CASS & Non-CASS Agent) Processing, Quality Check and Accounting as per Station timeline.
• Apply various business rules for correct rating of AWB in system.
• Apply various exception in system for invoicing customers at various station across the network.
• Corresponding with the relevant staff of airways to solve queries related to cargo document. Drafting and sending email to the clients on pending queries with the concern authorities till final closure.
• Charter AWB’s Accounting & maintaining the track records of Charter AWBs. Reconciliation
• Handling US CNS & DMS Application regarding corrections or Adjustments.

b) Awb audit
• Analyze various fields on AWB against the data captured in airline cargo operation & revenue accounting system.
• Apply various business rules for correct rating of AWB in system.
• Apply various exception in system for invoicing customers at various station across the network.
• Apply correct rates on AWB (Standard tariff, Contract tariff, Adhoc rates).
