Job Description-
Work Experience :

1) Overall work experience of 6+ years in Payroll domain specifically managing all areas within Payroll Transaction services scope as well as Payroll integration with Time and HCM systems
Experience in handling Clients:
– Escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
2) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking
3) Should have handled a team of 8+ associates for a client
4) Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream payroll partners and other vendors to drive day to day operations.
5) Preferred experience of handling client escalations
6) Preferred experience on Payroll regulations for countries
7) Preferable experience on multiple Payroll systems
8) Preferred experience on managing Payroll Queries
