Job Description-
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Network Support is required.
• Hindi Language is a must.
• Knowledge of CCNA Routing & Switching (Wireshark, OSI Layers, Tunnel & Transport Protocol)
• Plan, schedule, and implement network maintenance activities, including software upgrades, hardware replacement, and infrastructure modifications.
• Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve service-affecting network issues, including but not limited to routing protocols, routers, and switches.
• Manage high-severity customer situations, resolving network issues in accordance with SLA guidelines for L1 and L2 case tickets.
• Knowledge of Firewalls – Use and Connection to Routers.
• Knowledge on Virtual LAN (VLAN)- Use, Spanning Tree, Dynamic Host Configuration
• VLAN Configuration on Switch Interfaces
• Internet troubleshooting Wireless/Wired
• Scheduling live troubleshooting calls with users and technicians to resolve the network issues
• Offer system support for Windows, macOS, and Linux-based OS on demand.
• Manage and troubleshoot 3rd party IoT devices, network devices, and customer support products.
• Proficient in using tools such as Zoho Assist, Salesforce, Wi-Fi Manager, and System Mechanics.
• Knowledge of Wireless LAN (WLAN) – Wireless Standards, Cause of poor wireless signal
• Knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) – RAID (Purpose & Different Levels of Raid)
