Job Description-
l Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling in medical billing field
l Should handle US Healthcare providers/ Physicians/ Hospital’s Accounts Receivable.
l To work closely with the team leader.
l Good Knowledge of RCM and Denial management.
l Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
l Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA’s to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
l Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
l To review emails for any updates.
l Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor.
l Maintain AR medical billing claims/accounts at an acceptable level.
l Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases.
l To make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
l Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
l Follow up on the claims for collection of payments.
