Job Description
- Prior experience in SCM Planning process
- Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes
- Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry
- Daily communication/interaction with Upstream and Downstream teams
- Liaising with Sales and Product line team on Demand / Forecast inputs for planning
- Raising material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing)
- Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports
- Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited
- Identify and resolve exceptions
- Reporting & escalating issues
- Publishing S/D balance reports
- Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering
- Maintain Accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Process Innovation & Improvements
- Experience of ERP – JD Edwards
- Process Standardization and Simplification
