Job Description

  • Minimum 4 Years experience in Payroll Accounting(Benefits and Payroll)
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to all applicable policies and controls
  • Liaison with HR and Benefits to resolve inquiries and reconciliation issues
  • Prepare quarterly true-up files and supporting documentation
  • Perform P&L and BS analysis and create commentary
  • Analyze P&L and BS to determine accruals and PPD and reclassification requirements
  • Perform P&L and BS analysis and create commentary
  • Prepare Reconciliations according to policy
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and post according to policy
  • Provide audit support & documents as required
  • Prepare, Review, Manage monthly reporting requirements
  • Assess CARs and CWIP
