Job Description
- Minimum 4 Years experience in Payroll Accounting(Benefits and Payroll)
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all applicable policies and controls
- Liaison with HR and Benefits to resolve inquiries and reconciliation issues
- Prepare quarterly true-up files and supporting documentation
- Perform P&L and BS analysis and create commentary
- Analyze P&L and BS to determine accruals and PPD and reclassification requirements
- Perform P&L and BS analysis and create commentary
- Prepare Reconciliations according to policy
- Prepare monthly journal entries and post according to policy
- Provide audit support & documents as required
- Prepare, Review, Manage monthly reporting requirements
- Assess CARs and CWIP
