Job Description

Commerce graduate or MBA Finance with more than 10 to 12 years of experience overall and 5-7 years minimum experience in Master Data Management (MDM), SAP Experience, end-to-end Master data, AP, OTC, RTR

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Must be a commerce graduate or MBA Finance with more than 10 to 12 years of experience overall and 5-7 yearsminimum experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
2) Responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of MDM projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
3) Provides expertise and guidance on MDM best practices, and helps organizations implement MDM solutions.
4) Responsible for working with business stakeholders to give a 360-degree view of their data requirements and ensure that the MDM solution meets their needs.
5) Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and improving the quality of master data metrics and reducing any redundancy in the system.
6) Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization, from customer master data to data standards and customer records
7) Responsible for customer relationship, independently running the MDM COE and drive monthly Governance calls showcasing process SLA/KPIs
8) Performs other related duties as assigned.
