- Profile: Network Support (L1/L2)
- Qualification: Any Graduate with Good Communication
- Location: Chennai
- CTC: Up to 8 LPA
- Experience Required: 2 years of work experience in enterprise technical support in supporting VMWare vSphere, ESXi 6x, vCenter
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues at the L2-L7 layer.
- Resolve customer’s issues via the telephone, email, or Zoom session
- Reproducing issues in-house and responding promptly
- Good Communication Required
- Working: 5 Days
