Job Description
- Minimum 4 Years experience in Lease Accounting
- Process Lease Accounting Transactions
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all applicable policies and controls
- Final Year-End Reconciliations
- Tenant Prebill
- Audit Lease Information
- Review and audit data prior to inputting into system of record
- Lease Recovery Reporting & Analysis
- Perform quarterly SOX testing as required
- Straight Line Rent Accounting
- Property Disposition Accounting
- Property Acquisition Accounting
- Transfer Property Accounting according to advisement
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all applicable policies and controls
- Month End/Quarter End/Year End Close
- Perform P&L and BS analysis and create commentary
- Analyze P&L and BS to determine accruals and PPD and reclassification requirements
- Prepare Reconciliations according to policy
- Prepare monthly journal entries and post according to policy
- Prepare, Review, and Manage monthly reporting requirements
- Assess CARs and CWIP
