Job Description
- Minimum 1year Customer Voice Support is required
- Performing customer surveys on inbound and outbound calls.
- Independent, flexible and open for new tasks, builds individual knowledge base based on experience from interactions with customers, shares knowledge with colleagues, willing to provide great customer service to the customers, spots and reports errors and customer feedback about needed improvements.
- Responding to customer requests and contacting customers by email and/or phone based on language skills about card and customer account maintenance, advising about company campaigns, answering general company and its products-related questions, taking complaints and cash claims, issue registration and resolution in SNOW.
- Ability to improve language skills by 1 level based on Common European Framework Reference (CEFR) in 6 to 12 month.
- Intermediate level of required language skills, written and spoken (B1-B2).
- Ability to learn quickly, task and system understanding.
- Ability to switch between different tasks rapidly.
- Computer literate.
