- Graduate (Full time) is required
- Minimum 1yr Experience in L1 and L2 helpdesk tech support is required
- Providing L1 and L2 support for various technologies
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and provide timely solutions.
- on voice-based support and a secondary focus on backend work through email and chat.
- Should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a background in tech support.
