Job Description

    • Graduate (Full time) is required
    • Minimum 1yr Experience in L1 and L2 helpdesk tech support is required
    • Providing L1 and L2 support for various technologies
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues.
    • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and provide timely solutions.
    • on voice-based support and a secondary focus on backend work through email and chat.
    • Should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a background in tech support.
